Virology Days 2012: Registration

The registration is closed.

Please note that reservation of accommodation is made directly with the Majvik Meeting and Convention Hotel.  

Fees and payment

• Fees for registration including both the scientific and social programme are 140 € (early) or 160 € (late).
• The early registration fee applies until January 30, 2012. The late registration fee applies until March 16, 2012 when the registration ends. There will be no on-site registration.
• The registration fee is paid to bank account of the Finnish Foundation for Research on Viral Diseases: Nordea FI98 1023 3500 0723 55. Please fill in the reference box “Virology Days 2012”.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations or changes in registration must be made in writing to virology2012(at)thl.fi.

Cancellations of registration will be accepted as follows:

• cancellation received before February 24, 2012: the full refund of the fee will be made.
• cancellation received on or after February 24, 2012: no refund will be made without a medical certificate.
• there will be no refund for no-shows.
