Turku can be reached by taking a flight to Helsinki and taking a bus or train (2h) connection. Turku is also easy to reach by boat from Stockholm and Tallinn.
Turku can also be reached by air directly, e.g. via Stockholm or Copenhagen. AirBaltic also flies between Turku and Riga, Latvia. If you fly to/from Helsinki, there is a regular bus connection between Turku and Helsinki-Vantaa airport.
If you are travelling via Stockholm, you might prefer to take a ferry through the beautiful archipelago. The daily ferryboat connections are operated by Viking Line and Tallink Silja, and the duration of the voyage is about 12 hours. Ferries from Tallinn arrive in Helsinki.
