Information packages
The operations of the National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) are divided up into 18 topics on the thl.fi website. Information packages offer more detailed information on the topics.
The information packages contain research knowledge, sources for additional information and usually also additional materials in support of work or training on a specific topic. The information packages apply a horizontal approach in gathering together research done in several different projects or units. THL has a position either as statutory information provider or as a generally important source of information on a national level with regard to many of the topics for information packages.
