Literature reviews

Literature reviews looked into what kind of information is available in Europe on the prevalence of violence and abuse against older women. Although the reviews covered all EU countries (including Norway and Israel) the focus of the work was on the 5 partner countries Finland, Austria, Belgium, Lithuania and Portugal.

AVOW questionnaire

To measure prevalence and to get information on patterns of violence and perpetrators the project has developed a culturally validated questionnaire; a research tool which will be used in all partner countries. Questionnaire will be used in all AVOW surveys done during spring and summer 2010.
